$650 incl. GST

Up to 90 minutes on site. On-site assessment, verbal walkthrough, and a written summary of key findings, regulatory flags, and next steps.

Pre-Design Advisory

$1,800 incl. GST

A comprehensive engagement: site visit, marked-up sketch plan (only if existing floor plans are available) or annotated photos, and a written advisory report covering scope options, approval triggers, consultant requirements, and a clear project roadmap.

This is a professional design advisory – not a structural or pest report, not a site measure and drafting service, and not legal or financial advice.
